From Birmingham to Luton and finishing the day in Colchester 🚗 Another day, another few hundred miles on the road. My day started at BOPP in Knowle, Solihull with Raj Shamra, followed by a few meetings and a catch up with the team at our Luton head office., had a really interesting meeting looking at third party software that can identify legal landowners and provide a huge amount of information on properties. The technology available in the property sector never stops evolving. The day then finished in Colchester at PPN, where I was made to feel incredibly welcome by the host Elizabeth Archer. I always enjoy visiting new areas, meeting new people and continuing to grow my network across England. The speakers were excellent too. Sarah Dawood shared her journey of building a multi million pound Buy to Let, HMO and Serviced Accommodation portfolio, generating a six figure annual rental income through more than 20 years in property. Richard Stone brought a different perspective, drawing on his experience as a Builder, Developer, Chartered Construction Manager, Non Executive Director, Trustee, TEDx speaker, coach, mentor and trainer. By the end of the day I had travelled around 250 miles, starting in midlands and ending in Colchester and finally my hotel. It all began with a 5:30am gym session (Legs) and didn’t end until I was finally in bed just after 10pm. A few coffees/meetings in Colchester this morning before making the journey back to the Midlands for another evening networking event in Warwickshire.
